Defensive Tackle. Louisville. Sheldon Rankins. 22. player. 10. The Texans need a quarterback but with the top ones off the board they must focus on another position.  They already have the best defensive lineman in the NFL in J.J. Watt but the Texans need to give him more help.  Sheldon Rankins isn’t a true 3-4 defensive lineman.  However he is very talented and has the ability to stop the run and rush the passer.  <b></b>
