16.  Kevin Dodd, DE – Clemson:  (6-5, 275) Projected Round – 1st.  Kevin Dodd isn’t the prototypical 3-4 defensive end but he has the kind of pass rushing ability that the Redskins would find it hard to ignore.  They need more playmakers on the defensive line and they could find a way to get him involved.  LW # 15

15.  Vernon Butler, DT – Louisiana Tech: (6-4, 325) Projected Round – 1st-2nd. Vernon Butler is massive and a terror to deal with for centers and interior offensive linemen.  Butler is quick off the ball and can push centers into the backfield.  He also can collapse the pocket on passing downs.  The Redskins need a defensive linemen who can consistently command a double team.  Vernon Butler is that man.  LW #21
