Darron Lee. 27. player. 49.
The Packers have a problem at outside linebacker heading into 2016. Mike Neal and Nick Perry are scheduled to enter free agency, and chances are only one (at most) will be re-signed. Julius Peppers is still making plays, but only has so much tread left on his tires. At some point, Green Bay is going to have to add some more young blood to the position if it wants to keep improving on the defensive side of the ball.

In my opinion, Lee is the perfect fit for the Packers’ defense. He’s an impressive athletic specimen, using above average range, speed and versatility to make plays all over the field. Although he can be overly aggressive at times, he never quits on a play and is routinely around the football.

With a little mentoring from Clay Matthews and Peppers, Lee could emerge as one of the most exciting young outside linebackers the NFL has to offer. The ceiling is very high for him, especially if he can get stronger and more stout at the point of attack. At No. 27 overall, Green Bay realistically couldn’t ask for much more than what the former Buckeye can give them.
. Outside Linebacker. Ohio State
