30.
The Jets are facing a difficult situation at running back this offseason. All three of their top backs are slated to hit the open market, and chances are they’ll have to overpay to retain Chris Ivory after an outstanding 2015 campaign. Instead of sapping their cap space, they can add a couple of capable veterans and target someone like Elliott.

Now it might not seem that way considering he’s going at No. 20, but Elliott may be right up there with Gurley as one of the NFL’s best up-and-coming backs. Not only is does he have game-breaking abilities as a runner, but he’s also an excellent asset on passing downs as well (both as a blocker and receiver). He’s a do-it-all back who can come in and give the Jets’ offense an instant boost.

Depending on how free agency plays out, New York could have a couple of significant needs on the defensive side of the football. However, if Ivory isn’t back in the mix, it’s going to be far too difficult for Gang Green to pass on what could be an elite running back in Elliott. Plus, it might actually be a pick that Jets fans don’t boo endlessly on draft day.
. Running Back. Ohio State. Ezekiel Elliott. 20. player
