Memphis. Paxton Lynch. 15. player. 51. <p>No matter how much Rams fans try to convince themselves otherwise, Nick Foles is not the answer at quarterback. While he’s a capable starter who worked well as a bridgegap last season, it’s time for <del>St. Louis</del> Los Angeles to find themselves a true franchise quarterback.</p>
<p>That’s where Lynch comes in. While there will certainly be some skepticism surrounding this pick, the Rams simply can’t afford to continue ignoring the position. They need a legitimate starter under center who can take pressure off of Todd Gurley and the running game, and make the most of the Rams’ limited options in the passing game. It’s not an ideal situation to throw Lynch into, but it’s a move that desperately needs to be made moving forward.</p>
<p>With the team headed for Los Angeles, owner Stan Kroenke knows that he needs a new face of the franchise who can be the driving force behind this massive change. Lynch is certainly a gamble, but he’s got the physical tools, athleticism and leadership to get the job done. It would be quite the transition from Memphis to LA, though.</p>. Quarterback
