4.  Vernon Hargreaves III, CB – Florida:  (5-11, 199) Projected Round – Top 15.  Likelihood on the Board when Redskins Pick – Slim.  Redskins general manager tends to lean to bigger cornerbacks but if Vernon Hargreaves is on the board when the Redskins pick I think McCloughan might make an exception.  Hargreaves is a playmaker on defense and has the kind of cover skills that make a difference regardless of size.  LW # 3

3.  Andrew Billings, DT – Baylor (6-1, 310) Projected RoundTop 15.  Likelihood on the Board when Redskins Pick – Possible.  One thing the Redskins defense lacks is youth on the defensive line.  Most of their defensive linemen are at or over 30, so a dose of youth is needed.  The Redskins also need help stopping the run and Andrew Billings has the talent to help them upgrade their run defense.    LW # 2
