NFL Draft 2016: Redskins Big Board 2.0 – Jaylon Smith a Skin?
18. Ryan Kelly, C – Alabama: (6-4, 297) Projected Round – 1st-2nd. The Redskins have a solid starter at center in Kory Lichtensteiger and Josh LeRibeus is a good backup but the offense could use more talent at the position. Ryan Kelly is the top center in the draft, has good size and the Redskins would have to consider taking him given the need they have at the position. LW # 18
ALSO ON RIGGO’S RAG: Should Wade Phillips have been Redskins defensive coordinator?
17. Derrick Henry, RB – Alabama: (6-2, 242) Projected Round – 1st-2nd. Derrick Henry is a big and powerful running back. His skills would go well with what the Redskins want to do in establishing a power running game in their offense. Henry is the Heisman Trophy winner and bring the kind of running talent to the table that the Redskins could use to improve their offense. LW # 17
