20.  Jeremy Cash, SS – Duke:  (6-1, 212) Projected Round – 2nd.  One of the top areas of need the Washington Redskins have is at strong safety.  They had DeAngelo Hall starting there late in the season and Duke Ihehancho  returns but it’s time the Redskins invested a high round draft pick on a safety and Jeremy Cash has the size and ability to help them. 19.  Will Fuller, WR – Notre Dame: (6-0, 184) Projected Round – 2nd. Will Fuller is one of the top deep threats in the draft.  He has great speed and has shown the ability to get behind a defense.  The Redskins might need to add Fuller’s deep threat ability if the decide to move on from their current deep threat DeSean Jackson.  LW # 19
