Believe it or not, NFL Free Agency is just over a month away. It’s going to be an exciting offseason for the Washington Redskins, a team that needs a big move or two to take them to the next level. It all starts with free agency, where they have a real opportunity to improve on their current roster.

I’ve already taken numerous looks at how the Redskins can approach free agency. From big-name free agents to target to under-the-radar free agents their sights should be set on, there are a number of ways things could play out. However, in this situation, I’m looking at five players who are in perfect situations for the Redskins to take a swing at them.

These players are ready to test the waters (except one), should come at reasonable prices and would fill significant needs for Washington. Put simply, they’re quality players who stand a serious chance of coming to D.C. when all is said and done this offseason.

So, without further ado, here’s my take on five realistic options for the Redskins when free agency kicks off on March 9.
