5.  Jacoby Brissett, QB

North Carolina State (South Team) – (6-4, 235) Projected Round – 6th-7th– Jersey # 12

At 6’4, 235 Jacoby Brissett is another quarterback who brings great size to the table.  And like Carson Wentz and Jake Coker, Brissett is also a mobile quarterback and has the knack of being able to use his mobility to buy time in the pocket.

Brissett began his career at Florida and transferred to North Carolina State where he’s been the starter for the past two seasons.  He’s passed for 5,268 yards and 43 touchdowns in his career.  I think Jacoby Brissett is an underrated prospect.

If he can get into the right system and is given the proper developmental time I think at some point down the road he could turn into a solid backup or possible starter at the NFL level.
