Robert Griffin III Versus the Cincinnati Bengals

After playing well in his first two games of his rookie season, Robert Griffin III had a rough start in week three against the Cincinnati Bengals. He finally got to play in front of his home crowd and maybe he felt the jitters. The Bengals were the best defense Griffin had faced to that point and he struggled to find a rhythm.

Here, we will rate Griffin’s performance by quarters in an attempt to find what he did best in 2012 and what he could do to improve his performances in 2015. Grades are based on an 11 point scale from -5 to +5 with most of the grades being in the -1, 0 or +1 range.
