16.  DeVante Parker, WR – Louisville:  (6-3, 209) Projected Round – 1st.  DeVante Parker is a big and fast receiver, arguably one of the top receivers in the 2015 NFL Draft.  However, the Redskins don’t have a huge need at receiver, except too add a bigger receiver.  LW # 18

15.  Landon Collins, S – Alabama:  (6-0, 220) Projected Round – Top 15.  Likelihood on the Board when Redskins Pick – Good.  Landon Collins is the top safety prospect in the draft and the Redskins need all the help they can get at safety.  They will need to sign a safety in free agency and to draft one as well.  One of those safeties could be Landon Collins.     LW # 16
