2015 NFL Draft.  Here is a Sugar Bowl viewing guide that features college players to keep an eye on that the Washington Redskins might target in the draft

Sugar Bowl:  Alabama vs. Ohio State – 1/1/15 – 8:30 pm – ESPN

Players to Watch

1.  Landon Collins, SS – Alabama – (6-0, 222) Projected Round – Top 10.   The Washington Redskins have an opportunity this offseason to truly take some steps to get their safety positions solved for the foreseeable future.  The 2015 NFL Draft is one way the can do that.

Alabama’s Landon Collins is the top safety prospect in the draft, and this game will give NFL scout a good long look at how he plays in the national spotlight.  Collins is good solid tackler, and a hard hitter, and can be a ball hawk as well.  When he gets his hands on the football he can make something happen with it.

At times Collins has been very good in coverage this season, but he’s had some moments where he’s been a little shaky too.  So we’ll see how hard Ohio State tries to challenge Landon Collins in coverage.  This is a player who could actually end up being a Washington Redskins, so watch him closely.    Jersey # 26
