8.  Cleveland Browns – Justin Gilbert, CB – Oklahoma State The Browns traded up with the Vikings and took Gilbert.  A good corner, but this might a little too high in the draft for him.   Grade:  B

7.  Tampa Bay Buccaneers –  Mike Evans, WR – Texas A&M:  The Bucs need another receiver to go along with Vincent Jackson.  And so they get Evans another huge receiver which will create problems for defenses.  Grade:  A

6.  Atlanta Falcons – Jake Matthews, OT – Texas A&M:   The Falcons take Matthews to be the franchise left tackle and protect Matt Ryan.  They filled a huge need with a highly rated player and they did it without having to trade up.  Grade:  A+

5.  Oakland Raiders  –  Khalil Mack, OLB – Buffalo:  The Raiders take Khalil Mack, and get an outstanding pass rusher.  However, the Raiders don’t run a 3-4 defense, but I’m sure they’ll make it work.   Grade:  A
