8. Cleveland Browns – Justin Gilbert, CB – Oklahoma State: The Browns traded up with the Vikings and took Gilbert. A good corner, but this might a little too high in the draft for him. Grade: B
7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Mike Evans, WR – Texas A&M: The Bucs need another receiver to go along with Vincent Jackson. And so they get Evans another huge receiver which will create problems for defenses. Grade: A
6. Atlanta Falcons – Jake Matthews, OT – Texas A&M: The Falcons take Matthews to be the franchise left tackle and protect Matt Ryan. They filled a huge need with a highly rated player and they did it without having to trade up. Grade: A+
5. Oakland Raiders – Khalil Mack, OLB – Buffalo: The Raiders take Khalil Mack, and get an outstanding pass rusher. However, the Raiders don’t run a 3-4 defense, but I’m sure they’ll make it work. Grade: A
