Jay Cutler, QB – Chicago Bears: (6-3, 220),  Age: 30 – When healthy, Jay Cutler still has arguably the quickest release of any quarterback in the NFL.  And although he can still be a little mistake prone with his gun slinger style, that attribute seems to matchup well with what the Bears want to do on offense.
