7.  Nick Foles, QB – Philadelphia Eagles: (6-6, 243),  Age: 25 – Nick Foles had an outstanding season in 2013 after becoming the Eagles starting QB, and he flourished in Chip Kelly’s wide open system.  He has great size, good arm strength, and is surprisingly agile in the pocket for a quarterback his size.   The question is can Foles duplicate his success in 2014?
