9. Cam Newton, QB – Carolina Panthers: (6-5, 245),  Age: 24 – Newton may have the best combination of size and athleticism at quarterback in the history of the NFL.  He’s had his issues with poor body language and becoming a better leader, but Newton may have turned the corner on those issues if he can build on his solid 2013 season.
