19.  Tracy Porter, CB – Washington Redskins:  (5-11, 188), 2-years – $6 million, Age: 27 – Tracy Porter has been known to make big plays at big points in a game through his career, and the Redskins will look for him to bring that ability to them as the third cornerback.  Porter is an upgrade over former starter Josh Wilson, and will the Redskins get improved play their, especially covering the slot receiver.   NFL Free Agency
