6.  Perry Riley, OLB: (6-0, 238), 3-years – $13 million, Age: 25 – The Redskins had already lost one starter at inside linebacker in London Fletcher to retirement.  So it was imperative that the re-sign Perry Riley, who has become one of the top players on the Redskins defense.
