20.  E.J. Biggers, CB:  (6-0, 185), 1-year deal, Age: 26 – Biggers provides depth in the defensive backfield and he can play both the safety and cornerback positions, as well as play special teams.

19.  Colt McCoy, QB:  (6-1, 215), 1-year deal, Age: 27 – McCoy served as the backup for the San Francisco 49ers last season, and has good experience as a starter as well.  He will compete with Kirk Cousins for the backup quarterback spot for the Redskins.
