Commanders at Cowboys – Week 4

Everything was in place for the Washington Commanders to score a big win on a warm early fall day at the Dallas Cowboys. Starting quarterback Dak Prescott was injured and backup Cooper Rush was the starter.

Carson Wentz struggled throughout the game and the offense was putrid. Eric Bieniemy’s offensive scheme undoubtedly would’ve been the difference in that game.

Commanders vs. Titans – Week 5

The Tennessee Titans came to FedEx Field on a sunny Sunday in early October to take on the Commanders. For those with foggy memories, the game was hotly contested from start to finish.

Washington had a first down at the Tennessee two-yard line with just under a minute to play and trailing 21-17. Four straight Wentz pass attempts failed, but a Bieniemy offense makes that game very winnable.

Commanders vs. Vikings – Week 9

At this juncture of the season, Wentz was injured and Taylor Heinicke was the starter. The Minnesota Vikings trailed by as much as ten points in the second half, but a fourth-quarter comeback secured a three-point win for the visitors.

Bieniemy’s offense would’ve maintained that lead, churning out enough clock to provide the Commanders with a major upset victory.
