5. The Reality Is, the linebackers may be the strength of the defense this Sunday.

If you include Cole Holcomb, Jamin Davis, and Landon Collins in this position group, this is currently the healthiest unit on the defense and may need to be relied on as the strength of this depleted defense. It’s impossible to overstate how silly that sentence would have sounded at any other point this season, but it’s the sad reality of the state of this currently-available roster. If these three don’t have a lights-out performance on Sunday, there is no chance that Washington comes away with a win. Philadelphia is the NFL’s leading rushing attack, and with a patchwork defensive line in front of them, they’re going to have to make a ton of plays to slow down Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia running backs.
