Prior to the hiring of head coach Ron Rivera, the future of the Washington Football Team appeared bleak at best with former Team President Bruce Allen at the helm.

To have success in the future, one must be able to identify weakness of the past. Coach Rivera and staff has brought to the entire Washington organization accountability, leadership, and mental toughness. This is undeniable and can be seen from the boardroom to the locker room.

If Washington was able to pull off their first ten-win season since 2012, it would amount to so much more for the team in both the present and future. A ten-win season would signal that the coaching staff is on its way to truly changing the old “winning off the field” culture for good.

The last way-too-early prediction I will leave you with months before the season even starts is that Washington will indeed make the playoffs, and will win one playoff game before ending their 2021 campaign.

Per usual, the entire 18-week regular season schedule will be a roller coaster of emotions and expectations as the weeks go by. Washington will have a chance to do something special, but will have to take each game as a challenge and go from there.
