What happens at pick No. 19?

If I’m right, then Washington will have the opportunity to trade back as multiple teams will be clamoring to jump up a few spots and take DeVonta Smith, Caleb Farley, Kwity Paye, or Tevin Jenkins.

Washington should end up trading back to 31 or 32  and pick up second and fourth-rounders this year and a second-rounder next year in return. Tampa Bay and Kansas City are both in “win-now” mode, and future picks are much less valuable to them. Washington, on the other hand, has multiple spots to fill, and needs more talent in the LB corps, TE unit, and at FS.
