Additional Thoughts

The Washington Football Team needs at tight end changed somewhat in recent days.  There is still a strong likelihood of adding a very talented No. 2 tight end in the draft.  There is also a chance that the front office will try to stash one or two on the practice squad.

The addition of Reyes does have something of an effect on the draft, but Washington’s current draft board is probably altered very little, if at all.

At the beginning of the 2020 season, the tight end position appeared to be the most glaring weakness on either side of the ball.  The emergence of Thomas helped to alleviate the biggest concerns and the Reyes signing adds some intrigue.

If Washington can add a solid No. 2 tight end in the draft, it will make the beginning of the 2020 season a distant memory.
