The Vikings’ interior defensive line was, to put it politely, atrocious in 2020. Minnesota has a number of pieces on offense, but on defense, they need to completely revamp their defensive line. Here, that starts with selecting the top interior defensive lineman in the 2021 NFL Draft: Alabama’s Christian Barmore.

Barmore didn’t enter the season as the top interior lineman, but as the season progressed, so did he. Much like current Washington Football Team standouts Daron Payne and Jonathan Allen, Barmore peaked late in his ‘Bama career, and he brings an intense combination of size, power, and athleticism to the Vikings’ line.
