Keelan Cole, Jaguars

Keelan Cole could add to the stable of Washington Football Team undrafted free agent wide receivers. After going undrafted, he signed with the Jaguars in 2017 and finished with 42 receptions for 748 yards and three touchdowns, including a seven reception, 186-yard game.

According to PFF, Cole won 52% of his contested catches over the past two seasons. He also held a solid 98.8 passer rating when targeted in 2020, after finishing 2019 with a 118.9 targeted passer rating, which was 11th in the NFL among wide receivers.

Cole can provide the versatility that Coach Ron Rivera desires in his players as he can play out wide or from the slot and can also return punts. In 2020, he averaged 15.6 yards per punt return, which is more than double Steven Sims’ 6.7 yard average for the Washington Football Team.
