LG Wes Martin

This will be short and simple. Wes Martin has not played well. He gets blown up at the point of attack, showing lack of strength and poor technique. In the run game he seems tentative in space and never drives through his man.

In his last action on the field, he got absolutely abused by Aaron Donald. Granted, it is Aaron Donald and everyone gets beat by him, but it was an ugly showing.

It is only Martin’s second year in the league, but given that he has been relegated to the third-string after starting the first five games, he will need to play better to stay on this team.
