2. Feed Terry McLaurin early

Terry McLaurin was nothing short of spectacular in Week 2 against the Cardinals. Despite a rather lackluster performance from the rest of the offense, he racked up 125 yards and a receiving touchdown.

Terry McLaurin was very Terry McLaurin like in Week 2.

However, McLaurin never got going fully until the second half. When the game was rather out of reach. For two straight weeks, the offense had extremely poor first halves. If not for a Fabian Moreau interception in Week 1, you may be looking at two straight zeroes on the board at halftime for Washington.

Starting fast will be a huge key in this game for Washington. A key to a fast start is to feed your star. Feeding McLaurin will early will make a lot of things easier for Washington but most importantly it will help Dwayne Haskins settle into a rhythm early.

To beat the Browns Washington’s offense has to be better. That starts with getting a better start. To do that, you must feed your star. Scott Turner should look to unleash McLaurin early and often.
