Final Thoughts

Some may think that a prediction of 6-10 for the Washington Football Team in 2020 is an admission of failure.  Nothing can be further from the truth.

Washington is beginning to turn the corner and while a 6-10 record may not be considered progress by some, we must recognize that it would be a three-game improvement over 2019.  In fact, the predictions given to you today show that Washington will be competitive in many games.

The first step is being competitive and Washington should accomplish that feat in 2020.  From there, the organization should turn the corner to winning consistently.  Next stop is the playoffs.  Building a successful Washington Football Team is not going to happen in just one season, but you will see positive steps in 2020.
