Does the signing of Dontrelle Inman end the pursuit of any other receivers for now? Is Inman a considered replacement of Kelvin Harmon or Cody Latimer? The Inman signing was not surprising at all when one thinks about what happened with Harmon and Latimer in recent weeks.

For the moment, the personal opinion here is that the Inman addition feels like a replacement for Latimer. The WFT may end the pursuit of any additional receivers for now, but it wouldn’t be too surprising to see if another one is added in free agency or via a trade.

Our very own Jacob Camenker recently listed some free agents that are still available.  Personal favorites from his list include Demaryius Thomas and Malik Turner.  Jacob also listed some internal options. One stands out as a personal preference, Isaiah Wright, but he is unproven for now.

There are some solid choices out there and the WFT should seriously consider using some draft capital to address this need.  The best options seem to come from our first group of listed receivers.  Current options on the team are very limited and free agency is not much better.  Dontrelle Inman is a very good signing, but more is probably needed at this juncture.
