Week 12 – Redskins at Cowboys

The Cowboys unraveled the Redskins last time they faced, but this is a different Redskins team in Week 12, coming off three consecutive victories. Their offense is finding its groove, and the defense, while inconsistent, is starting to fall into place.

The progress will be delayed by a loss which ends the winning streak, however. At this point, the Cowboys are at the epicenter of the playoff hunt, and they can’t afford to lose a game like this. And by virtue of their talent base, they won’t.

Unlike the first battle between these two teams, Washington will make this one a closer fight, but Dak Prescott will pull out the victory in the end. It won’t have the same feel as a normal loss for the Redskins, however, as they’ll see how far they’ve come since the Week 7 matchup.

Prediction: WAS 20, DAL 26

Record: 4-7
