. Wide Receiver. Washington Commanders. Jalen Reagor. 26. player. 58

Ian: You wanted your “Rocket” to Terry McLaurin’s “Turbo”, and now you got it.

For the Redskins, Jalen Reagor is a super exciting prospect whose elite playmaking ability shows up on tape constantly. He has the open field speed and agility to create for himself after the catch, and the vertical athleticism to snare any lob that comes his way.

Logging a 4.47 40-yard dash (His speed appears faster on tape) and a 42-inch vertical jump at the NFL Combine, as well as an insane 138-inch broad jump, Reagor’s athleticism has been adequately quantified, and his explosiveness can’t be matched by Redskins prospects in the 2020 NFL Draft class.

With Reagor, the Redskins would be able to employ three-receiver sets consisting of McLaurin, Reagor, and Steven Sims in the slot, or they could file Kelvin Harmon in on the outside and move either McLaurin or Reagor into the slot, situationally. Reagor’s selection provides versatility and exciting mismatches, and while he’s only 5-foot-11, he’ll play larger than that with his explosiveness, and he’ll be an asset for Redskins quarterback Dwayne Haskins, both down the field and in the flat.
