5. Redskins must score over 20 points

Let’s be honest about this. As the season has progressed, it’s appeared as if the offense has progressively gotten worse. After scoring 27 and 21 points the first two games of the season, the Redskins haven’t scored over 17 points in the previous six games. In fact, Washington didn’t even score double digits in four of those games. Not a winning recipe.

The Bills haven’t had nearly the offensive struggles that Washington has had, but they also have only scored 20 points in three games this season. This game will likely be a low scoring game similar to what the Minnesota game was last week.

The Redskins must get over 20 points if they are going to stand a chance. Whoever scores over 20 is likely going to win this game. Finishing drives is going to be huge. If the Redskins fail to score over 20 points this game, they will likely drop to 1-8 going into the bye week.
