Mismanaging Trent Williams Health

Trent Williams has been known to play through a variety of injuries throughout his career. From putting off surgery on his torn patellar tendon to help the lackluster 2017 Washington Redskins fight for a playoff spot, to the hockey player mentality he’s had, playing through the multitude of rib, knee, ankle, etc. injuries he’s gone through, Williams has given his all to suit up.

That being a point made, Williams’ trust in the Redskins medical staff officially broke apart, if it wasn’t already faltering by them saying it’s okay to play through a torn patellar tendon, after one  of the biggest health scares of his life.

Imagine going to the doctor because you have a bump on your head. Your doctor that you’ve seen for nine years says it’s entirely nothing serious. His trainer buddies say it’s nothing serious. Then, you get a second opinion, and voila!

It’s actually a tumor. Then the doctor proceeds to tell you that they are worried that the tumor could be malignant. Meanwhile, you’re only thirty years old with kids, at the top of your profession, knowing you have a plethora of people counting on you for a variety of different things.

The total mismanagement of Williams’ health is on Front Street here. The Redskins medical team completely misdiagnosing Williams, is nobody other than the Redskins fault. The main reason for the Redskins-Trent Williams situation is this complete chaos caused by the Redskins organization.
