Derrius Guice vs. Adrian Peterson

For anyone who thought Adrian Peterson was finished, the 2018 season proved the doubters wrong.  It would also be a mistake to think Derrius Guice will not be fully healthy this season, but time will tell.  Will this competition between young and old be a fierce conflict?  Probably not.  Guice vs. Peterson is not necessarily a battle per se.  Instead, it is much more like a running back committee, and that includes Chris Thompson on passing downs.  The only question to be answered is who will produce the most carries and yards this season.
