Overpay free agents at non-premium positions

Winning teams refuse to give players the respect they deserve and are constantly letting big-name players hit the free agent market.

You can’t miss the opportunity to snatch up a zone corner and pay him lock-down corner money! You can’t pass on the chance to bring in overweight space-eaters on the D-line and pay them like pass-rushers! You absolutely must sign as many injury-prone, underachieving, limited skillset offensive weapons as possible to contracts that ignore their injury history.

You can’t miss out on Alabama-bred box safeties who you have the chance to pay like they’re Ed Reed! Plus, signing major free agents keeps you away from those confusing and messy comp picks.

Come on! Don’t be cheap. If you’re truly going to commit to this losing thing, you need to do it with some flair. You can’t sell tickets operating as the good franchises do…they’re boring. Show us the money so we’ll be distracted from the losing.
