Ian: The Raiders got a running back with their last pick. Now it’s time to start clearing lanes for him. Enter Garrett Bradbury.

With the departure of Kelechi Osemele, the Raiders have a void at offensive guard to fill. Jon Gruden has to know that the offensive line is one of the keys to his franchise revival. And so, in a fairly solid interior class, he won’t pass up the opportunity to add a game changer. Garrett Bradbury has a chance to be that, early and often.

Bradbury, a physical starter with the North Carolina State Wolfpack, has the nuance and technical awareness to start right away, while also possessing the athletic upside to grow into a perennial All-Pro at guard.

For Gruden, Bradbury is the next addition to a young core of blue-chip talents, and as long as Tom Cable doesn’t detract from Bradbury’s development (No sure thing), Bradbury can be a top interior lineman in the NFL in due time.
