Washington State. Andre Dillard. 18. player. 60. . Offensive Tackle

Jacob: The Vikings are going to target help on their offensive line. Last year, Kirk Cousins looked lost and had major issues working under pressure. If the Vikings are going to get the most out of the former Redskin, they have to protect him better.

Cody Ford and Andre Dillard are on the board here, but I prefer Dillard for the Vikings. They need to upgrade Riley Reiff on the left side and could kick him inside to guard. That would kill two birds with one stone, and Dillard would get a shot to be a left tackle.

Dillard has excellent feet and an NFL-ready frame (6-5, 315 pounds). He moved very well at the combine, blazing a 4.96 time in the 40-yard dash and moved very well during the drills. He has a lot of upside and could go higher than most assume. For now, he’s a good fit for the Vikings as they look to upgrade their line.

If the Vikings don’t go for an offensive lineman, they could target some defensive line help to replace the departed Sheldon Richardson. However, their options here could be reaches, so it seems more likely that they would address the offensive line.
