Alabama. Jonah Williams. 9. player. 16. . Offensive Lineman

LeSean McCoy recently stated on Twitter that he would love to see the Bills draft an Alabama offensive lineman. In this mock draft, his wish comes true.

The Bills do need some serious help on the offensive line. Aside from left tackle Dion Dawkins, the team doesn’t have a lot of talent and they could stand to get younger, too. Jonah Williams is arguably the best offensive lineman in this draft class, and the Bills will certainly have interest at this juncture.

Williams played left tackle at Alabama and was solid, but his home in the NFL could be at guard or right tackle. The Bills need help in both areas, so Williams could come in and compete for one of those slots. And also, if Buffalo views Williams as a true left tackle, they could shift Dawkins to guard or to the right side. Either way, the team needs to shore up their blocking for Josh Allen and McCoy.

Williams (6-foot-5, 310 pounds) will have a chance to impress at the Combine. He was a long-time starter for Alabama and he appears to be a good technician for the next level. His versatility will help him out and the experience will also benefit him.

In the event that the Bills aren’t fans of Williams, Florida’s Jawaan Taylor could make sense as another alternative at tackle.
