The Redskins fairytale season, which had a division title and the team’s first double digit win season since 2012 in sight, came crashing down in an injury fire storm that left serious questions regarding the teams future looming.

Washington Redskins first-year quarterback Alex Smith may never play football again, head coach Jay Gruden’s murky future has placed Washington on the no-fly list for potential coordinators and position coaches. A horrible culture from upper management on down has even caused rifts within the organization that resulted in rumors swirling of coaches wanting out of the nation’s capital, to escape the stench that is the Washington Redskins franchise.

Before the start of 2019, Washington needs to figure out the direction in which the franchise is headed. To do that, they must successfully answer these four questions over the course of the 2019 offseason.
