No. 5 – WR Josh Doctson

In his short time as the Redskins starting quarterback, Josh Johnson displayed an arm that is clearly better than Mark Sanchez’s. It’s clear that the San Diego product has some zip, and he’ll likely have to use it against a stingy Jaguars defense.

Jacksonville’s defense is still one of the best in the league, even as the team tanks into oblivion with Cody Kessler at the helm. No one player on the roster is heralded more than starting cornerback Jalen Ramsey, who’s as elite as they come.

Let’s just say it’ll be a good test for Redskins wide receiver Josh Doctson, who’s slowly been building his confidence this season. His route running has looked far sharper, and he’s taking advantage of the opportunities he gets. Against a fellow first-round talent on Sunday, with a quarterback who’ll be willing to sling it to him, Doctson’s development could come to a crucial junction.

Doctson is, of course, in concussion protocol. If he’s unable to go, his absence could be just as impactful as his play.
