No. 3 – RB Chris Thompson

After eclipsing the 100-yard mark in yards per scrimmage in Week 1, Chris Thompson has totaled just 111 yards in the previous two weeks, with 93 of those yards coming in Week 2 against the Indianapolis Colts.

The Redskins offense managed to get by without a substantial contribution from Thompson last week, but in a game that could very well get out of hand, the Redskins may need Thompson’s dynamic ability to help account for Alvin Kamara on offense.

Thompson is a versatile threat who can help both the running game and the passing game, and with receivers not holding up their end of the bargain thus far, aside from Paul Richardson, Thompson could be an asset on Sunday. The pressure will be on for Thompson to rebound from his quiet Week 3.
