So far this training camp, Quinton Dunbar has been the talk of the town. It was widely anticipated that the former undrafted receiver would take over for the departed Bashaud Breeland, but he would first have to stave off tough competition from Moreau and Scandrick. Thus far, he has done all of that and more.

Dunbar has thrived in coverage playing in the No. 1 corner role. He has looked good in the red zone and appears to have excellent cover skills. Moving forward, it is going to be hard to deny him a starting spot. In all likelihood, he will line up across from Josh Norman in Week 1 with either Scandrick or Moreau playing the slot.

Dunbar needs to continue to play well this offseason to ensure that he will win the role. But, for now, he has been one of the best performers and one of the biggest movers on the squad. It’s possible that this could be his breakout year, and he has really looked great this offseason.
