Week 7 – Dallas Cowboys at Washington Redskins

This is the first division game for the Redskins and it will be a good one. Not only is this another big rivalry game between these two franchises, but an opportunity for the Redskins to put to rest all the doubt about their team’s competitiveness in this division.

I wouldn’t call the Cowboys’ offseason successful by any means. They let go of Dez Bryant and signed Allen Hurns in his stead. Jason Witten is also headed for the broadcasting booth, which only hurts Dak Prescott since Witten was his best safety net.

I think the Redskins will run all over the Cowboys in their first meeting. Guice will have over 100 rushing yards and Alex Smith will have a field day against the Cowboys’ secondary. Orlando Scandrick will be sure to add to the win as he makes a couple crucial plays against his former team.

I expect Jason Garrett to have that well known, dumbfounded look on his face, as the Redskins take care of business with ease at FedEx field.

Final Score: WAS 24, DAL 13

Record: 4-2
