Week 2 – Indianapolis Colts at Washington Redskins

The Redskins head back home to FedExField to have their home opener against the Colts. The biggest question mark in this game will be Andrew Luck. He’s finally healthy and the world is eagerly anticipating if Luck has still got it. Luck is finally throwing, but looks like he’s lost a lot of muscle to his frame and has a long road ahead of him to rebuild his body.

This won’t be the reason why the Colts lose this game; everything else will be. The Colts’ roster continues to be in need of improvement, both on offense and defense. Their offensive line has been awful and the new pieces will need to mesh this season. Ryan Kerrigan and the Redskins revamped defensive line will easily win the battle upfront.

In the defensive categories, the Colts finished 30th or worse in the majority of them last year. That won’t get much better this season. Smith won’t have trouble shredding this defense apart. Paul Richardson, Josh Doctson, and Jamison Crowder will all have big games.

Final Score: WAS 31, IND 14

Record: 2-0
