ILB Mason Foster

Mason Foster missed most of last season. His injury was secretly one of the biggest blows to the Redskins defense. A perennially underrated player, Foster is as good a three-down lineman as Zach Brown. While Brown may be more athletically gifted, Foster has better instincts and awareness and is usually where he needs to be when he needs to be there. If you need proof, take a look at his game sealing interception Week 2 against the Rams.

Foster won’t put up the big numbers Brown will, but he will bring just as much impact to the team. Brown should end the season as the team’s leading tackler, but Foster will be right behind him, and he will bring extra value with three interceptions, even getting to the quarterback a few times.

2018 Stat Predictions:  105 tackles, 8 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, 3 interceptions
