Georgia. Isaiah Wynn. 22. player. 31. . Offensive Guard

Isaiah Wynn, like Ronald Jones, in a sense, is undersized at his position. Measuring in at around 6-foo-2, 300, he leaves a bit to be desired in the way of size. But everywhere else, he can only be described as solid.

Wynn moves well. Perhaps this is a reflection of his undersized frame, but Wynn has quick feet, and he’s relatively athletic for the position he plays. Fundamentally, he has very good hand placement, and at Georgia, he anchored an effective running game, headed by the one-two punch of Sony Michel and Nick Chubb.

With Wynn, the Giants’ offensive line gets a little bit stronger, and Ronald Jones gets a lead blocker he can trust. There’s stilll plenty of work to do on that front, but these two NFL Draft picks are two steps in the right direction for an ailing offense.
