December: 4 Games

December is going to be another tough month for the Redskins. Though they get a nice 10 day break thanks to the Thursday game, they will have to travel to Los Angeles once again, this time to take on the Chargers. They should be well rested for the game, but cross country trips are never easy ones to make.

The good news is that in Week 15 and 16, the Redskins will return home for their only back-to-back home games of the 2017 campaign. Their opponents will be tough, the Arizona Cardinals and the Denver Broncos, but by then, perhaps the Redskins will have their offense clicking on all cylinders. Besides, the teams they are playing have concerns at the quarterback position, so it could work out in their favor.

The final game of the season will be against the Giants in New York. It could be a chance for the Redskins to get revenge for their Week 17 loss last year that eliminated them from the playoffs. Week 17 is always an interesting one, but the Redskins will need to be in the chase for this to matter.

At the end of the day, this is not going to be an easy schedule for the Redskins. They have a lot of tough opponents, and are playing in one of the best divisions in football right now. A trip to the postseason is possible, but the month of November could derail the Redskins season if they do not play well enough to get by.
