14.  Eli Apple, CB – Ohio State: (6-1, 200) Projected Round – 1st-2nd.  Likelihood on the Board when Redskins Pick – Good.  The Redskins need more depth at cornerback.  They struggled with injuries at the position all season long and need more options.  Eli Apple has the kind of size that general manager Scot McCloughan likes at 6’1, 200.  He can play physical in press coverage and is a sure tackler in run support.  LW # 15

13.  Michael Thomas, WR – Ohio State: (6-3, 210) Projected Round1st-2nd.  The Redskins still have DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garcon at wide receiver for the 2016 season.  However, it’s possible neither will be around after next season. So the Redskins will need to add a receiver early in the draft.  Michael Thomas is not the deep threat that Jackson is but at 6’3, 210 he bring the kind of size to the table that the Redskins currently lack at the position.   LW # 13
